- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
If your location is not serviceable, our team will notify you and issue a refund if payment has already been made.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic Orders (India)
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 5–10 business days
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping offers may be available on selected orders or promotions.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

- Tracking details (if available).
Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor shipment status.
6. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

- Take photographs of the package.
