Thank you for shopping with Shradhey. We strive to provide high-quality sarees and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized sarees.
- Altered or blouse-stitched sarees.
- Products purchased during clearance, sale, or special promotional offers.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or washing.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at shradheysarees11@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photographs and an unboxing video (if available).
- After verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchange Policy
We may offer exchanges for:
- Defective products.
- Wrong products delivered.
- Size-related issues (if applicable to the product category).
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be borne by us.
- For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.
