Thank you for shopping with Shradhey. We strive to provide high-quality sarees and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized sarees.
  • Altered or blouse-stitched sarees.
  • Products purchased during clearance, sale, or special promotional offers.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or washing.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at shradheysarees11@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs and an unboxing video (if available).
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products.
  • Wrong products delivered.
  • Size-related issues (if applicable to the product category).

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be borne by us.
  • For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.
